1 Order Processing

2 Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates only.
- Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- KP Tiny Colours shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.
3 Incorrect Address Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Shipping Address
- Mobile Number
- PIN Code
- Email Address
If incorrect information is provided:
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Delays may occur.
- Orders may be returned, lost, or undelivered.
No refund or compensation shall be provided in such cases.
4 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the customer:
- Is unavailable at the delivery address,
- Refuses delivery,
- Fails to answer courier calls,
- Provides incomplete address details,
the order may be returned or cancelled by the courier partner. Any re-shipping charges shall be borne entirely by the customer.
5 Damaged Package Claims
Customers must inspect the package at the time of delivery. Any claim regarding:
- Missing items
- Damaged products
- Wrong products
must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos and videos. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
6 Risk Transfer
Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. KP Tiny Colours shall not be liable for:
- Lost shipments
- Delayed shipments
- Theft after delivery
- Courier mishandling
- Transit damages caused by third-party logistics providers
7 Delivery Confirmation
The delivery record maintained by the courier company shall be considered final proof of delivery.
8 Force Majeure
KP Tiny Colours shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by:

- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Pandemic situations
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Transport disruptions

- Events beyond reasonable control
9 Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
All shipping, handling, packaging, and processing charges are non-refundable.
10 Digital Products
For digital products, downloadable content, online courses, workshops, recorded sessions, PDFs, certificates, and educational resources:
- No physical shipping is involved.
- Delivery is considered complete once access is provided.
- No refund, replacement, or shipping claim shall apply.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KP Tiny Colours' liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific order.
