Refund & Cancellation Policy

1 No Refund Policy

All fees paid to KP Tiny Colours are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after registration.
• Student's lack of interest in the course or activity.
• Failure to attend classes, workshops, or events.
• Relocation or change of residence.
• Schedule conflicts.
• Personal, medical, family, or financial reasons.
• Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations.
• Partial attendance or incomplete participation.
• Student's inability to complete the course or program.

2 Registration & Admission Fees

• All registration, admission, enrollment, assessment, and processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Once a registration is confirmed, the seat is reserved for the student and cannot be refunded.

3 Course Fees

• Fees paid for any course, training program, workshop, camp, event, or activity shall not be refunded after payment confirmation.
• No refunds will be provided for missed classes, absences, holidays, or unused services.

4 Batch Transfers

• Management reserves the right to approve or reject requests for batch changes.
• Approval of a batch transfer does not create any entitlement to a refund.

5 Digital Products & Online Services

• Due to the nature of digital content and online learning resources, all purchases are final.
• No refunds will be issued once access has been granted to any digital material, recordings, downloadable resources, or online programs.

6 Cancellation by Participant

If a participant chooses to discontinue, withdraw, or cancel enrollment for any reason, no refund shall be payable.

7 Institution Cancellation

In rare circumstances where KP Tiny Colours cancels a program due to operational reasons, management may, at its sole discretion:

• Reschedule the program, or
• Provide an alternative program of equivalent value.

A cash refund shall not be mandatory.

8 Force Majeure

No refunds shall be provided for interruptions or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemic situations
• Public emergencies
• Technical failures
• Internet disruptions
• Power outages

9 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first contacting us may result in:

• Suspension of services.
• Termination of enrollment.
• Recovery of outstanding dues and associated costs.

10 Management Rights

KP Tiny Colours reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
